until i change my current location on facebook to Nottingham, also until i go to university (woo).

I should probably check in, most of my friends have already gone to uni, i have a week to wait and the nerves are growing. It’s gunna be fun, ill hopefully make loadsa friends and do well in my course so i don’t really know why i’m so apprehensive. I guess its natural when you’re leaving home properly for the first time. The closest thing i can relate this to is when i went on the Headstart course to the University of Warwick back in the summer of ‘11. I made quite a few good friends in those four days, one of which i am still in touch with and should see in a week if we bump into each other. But i don’t think that’s a suitable comparison as i was only there four days and people didnt have to be sociable when we met (plus engineering peeps are hardly the most talkative) as they were there for this limited time, so I think that Nottingham will be easier that Warwick but still with only that to compare to, it is more than fair to be apprehensive.

P.S. I wrote the summer of ‘11, is it only me that sees that as 1911 at first? I’m gunna have to get used to this whole 21st century thang.
